CreatEvents Ltd is a member of The Event Services Association (TESA). Launched in 1990, it represents organisers, promoters and suppliers involved in the event industry throughout the UK. The Association was established to promote good practice in the industry as well as to provide a focal point for information.

Since 2003 CreatEvents has gained exceptional feedback from producing and managing a variety of conferences and events for the corporate market.

As a full service conference and event management company, CreatEvents have the knowledge, experience, and possess key skills in the management of:

   - Conferences, AGMs, meetings and judging sessions

   - Development, administration and management of award ceremonies

   - Corporate party and event planning


CreatEvents is independent company owned and managed by Clare Davies, financially sound, with a great mix of clients, our team work like an extension of your organisation, treating your event and your company philosophy as respectfully as we do our own.

We take a pragmatic approach to any event we undertake.  We work in synergy with our clients, the venue and third parties to ensure that we deliver a solution that best supports the nature of the communication and event taking place.

CreatEvents are a personable team, and we like to think our fees are the same.  As a small business, we have a strong understanding of budget constraints and monitoring expenditure, and we like to use our established skills and relationships to keep your costs low whilst ensuring the highest quality of event is delivered.

Where we are located...


CreatEvents is located just outside Farnham, an old English market town in Surrey.

The office is situated on Sandy Farm, a converted potato farm now home to a number of highly successful small and medium sized enterprises.

Transport links are ideal, with key rail routes across the south and south east, and with easy access to the M3, M25 and A3 means we are just a one hour drive from Central London, Southampton and Portsmouth.

We are also a few minutes from business hub Farnborough, with its top class Airport and infamous International Airshow, 10 minutes from Guildford, 20 minutes from Woking and Basingstoke, and just 30 minutes drive to Heathrow.
